WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTNERS
Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order quantity is 5 cartons, with the option to choose different models.
Order Fulfillment Time
Orders in stock are processed and fulfilled within 5 (five) business days.
If production is required, the fulfillment time ranges from 20 (twenty) to 40 (forty) business days. The client will be promptly informed about the expected delivery time.
Payment Terms
Payments are made as follows: 30% advance upon placing the order and 70% immediately prior to shipment.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs from the supplier’s warehouse to the client’s specified address are borne by the client. The client is responsible for organizing and coordinating the shipment, with assistance available from the supplier if needed.
Use of Marketing Materials
During the contract period, the supplier grants the client the right to use product images and descriptions for marketing and promotional purposes.

We deliver to businesses across the European Union. The shipping cost and delivery time are confirmed with each order.
Our prices exclude VAT. Deliveries to businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are VAT-exempt intra-Community supplies, and you account for the VAT in your country. Bulgarian businesses and businesses without a valid EU VAT number are charged Bulgarian VAT.
