Partner applications and the partner portal

When you apply, we process the company details and the contact details of the person who applies (name, email, phone, password stored only as a hash), and the IP address and browser used for the application, to protect the form against abuse. We check the VAT number in the EU VIES register. We use the data to review the application and, after approval, to run the business relationship: access to the portal, orders, invoices and service emails. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if you are a sole trader, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in working with your company), and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for accounting duties. We keep the data for the duration of the relationship and afterwards as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Messages you send through the contact form or to our email address are stored in our wholesale system so that we can answer them and follow up (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep them as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows.

Emails to partners

Approved partners receive emails about their orders and, when new models arrive, at most one email a week with the new models. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in informing existing business customers). Every email with new models has a link to stop receiving them.

Business emails to retailers

We send a small number of emails to shops that sell footwear, to offer our products for resale. We only use general business addresses (for example info@ or shop@) that the business publishes on its own website, and public company information (name, address, VAT number) from the website, from OpenStreetMap and from the EU VIES VAT register. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in offering products to businesses). Each business receives at most one email and one reminder. You can object at any time with the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to us; we then add the email address, the domain and the VAT number to a do-not-contact list so that we never write again. We delete the other data 12 months after the last contact at the latest.

This website

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The fonts are hosted on our own server. Our web server and the Cloudflare network that protects it process technical data (IP address, browser, time of the request) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted after 90 days at the latest.

Service providers

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Content delivery and protection: Cloudflare, Inc. (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). To find shops that sell footwear we use an AI service and OpenStreetMap; we do not send them personal data. Our emails are sent from our own mail server.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
